At NATO Strap Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Strap

  Place the unworn strap in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
